Agents

Agents are the users that log into an Evolution Company. This is the same list of Evolution users that log into the desktop Evolution application.

WARNING

As your data is now exposed to the Internet, you should ensure that all Agent passwords are suitably unique and complex (not the installation default) and that unused Agent accounts are disabled.

NOTE

As the navigation system in Evo.NET is fundamentally different to the navigation tree in Evolution, the System Tree and Access Permissions configuration is not translatable for Evo.NET Agents. Instead, equivalent functionality can be configured using the User Groups system in Evo.NET.
